PDR - dent removal - Królewiec
At our workshop in Królewiec, we remove dents using the PDR method while preserving the existing paint coating, wherever the condition of the panel allows. We can inspect the deformation closely on site, classify the technology and determine the scope of work straight away.

PDR repairs right at our headquarters
With PDR, a thorough inspection is part of the repair, not a formality. Positioning the panel against the light shows the true profile of the dent and lets us decide whether working from the inside, using the glue-pulling technique, or combining both methods will work best.
On site we repair minor parking damage, and deformations on doors, wings, bonnets, roofs and boot lids, among others. More difficult spots such as edges, body lines or aluminium are assessed individually.
Contact usWhat we check before starting work
We assess the condition of the paint, the depth of the deformation, how stretched the metal is, its position relative to reinforcements, and whether safe access is possible. We also check for signs of previous repairs, since a layer of filler or a repainted panel can change the risk and the way we work.
If PDR isn't the right technology, we say so before starting the repair and point towards a more suitable direction for further work.
What we can repair using PDR
- single parking dents
- minor deformations from being hit by a door or a small object
- dents on doors, wings, the bonnet, roof and boot lid
- selected damage on body lines and near edges
- selected aluminium panels after a separate assessment
How technical assessment works at the workshop
On site we can assess the dent under the same conditions in which the repair will later be carried out. We position the panel against the PDR light, watch how the lines run, and identify the lowest point of the deformation. We then check how close the damage is to edges, body lines, bonded reinforcements or structural elements that limit tool access.
The panel's history matters too. A repainted panel can often still be repaired, but it needs a more careful approach, especially with the glue-pulling method. If we see signs of a previous repair, we discuss the possible risks with the owner and choose the technology that gives the best control over the surface.
The end result depends on control of the surface, not just the dent disappearing
A well-executed PDR repair is about gradually restoring the panel's geometry. The technician works with small movements, keeps an eye on high points forming, and watches how light reflects from different directions. Pushing the centre out too quickly could leave unevenness, which is why the final stage of the work is just as important as lifting the dent itself.
Once the repair is finished, the surface is checked again under the light. This catches small irregularities that would be hard to notice in ordinary daylight. Only after this check do we consider the shaping stage complete.
