What data we process
We process the data you voluntarily provide in the contact form: name, email address, phone number, message content and optional attachments (e.g. photos of vehicle damage). In addition, the server automatically records technical connection data in its logs (IP address, browser type).
Purpose and legal basis of processing
We process personal data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:
- responding to an enquiry sent via the contact form — Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (steps taken at the request of the data subject and the legitimate interest of the controller);
- ensuring the security and correct operation of the website (server logs) — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
How and how long data is stored
Data from the contact form is sent solely by email to our address — the website does not store it in any database. We keep correspondence for the period necessary to handle the enquiry and then until any related claims become time-barred. Server logs are kept for the period necessary to ensure security.
Data recipients
Data may be entrusted to entities supporting the operation of the website and email: the server infrastructure (hosting) provider and the email provider. If you consent to analytics or marketing cookies, the recipients of data about your visit also include Google Ireland Limited (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4) and the providers of any active advertising tags — in that case data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. These entities process the data solely on our instructions and only to the extent necessary to provide the service. We do not sell data to third parties.
Your rights
In connection with the processing of your data, you have the following rights:
- the right to access your data and obtain a copy of it,
- the right to rectification (correction) of your data,
- the right to erasure of your data,
- the right to restriction of processing,
- the right to object to processing,
- the right to data portability,
- the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
Cookies and analytics tools
The website uses cookies in three categories. Essential (technical) cookies are always active — they handle the contact form, spam protection and remember your consent choice. Analytics and marketing cookies are activated only after you give consent; until then they are blocked (Google Consent Mode v2 set to “denied”). You give consent in the banner shown on your first visit, and you can change or withdraw it at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer. You can also delete and block cookies in your browser settings.
- Essential — contact form handling, spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and remembering your consent choice. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 loaded through Google Tag Manager: visit statistics and page popularity. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent).
- Marketing — advertising tags loaded through Google Tag Manager (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Pixel): conversion measurement and remarketing. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent).
Voluntary provision of data
Providing your data is voluntary but necessary to respond to an enquiry sent via the contact form.
Changes to the privacy policy
We reserve the right to update this policy. The current version is always available on this page.
